Purchase and Use

 

• You can pick up the Gift Card at the workshop or if you prefer, we can send you the pdf version by e-mail so that you can forward it or print it at home.

 

• You must leave your data (name, surname, email and telephone number) when buying a gift card, so that we can communicate with you and coordinate the delivery of the Card. If you buy for 2 or more people, we can send a Card for each of them or a Card for all.

 

• We will ask you for the name and surname of the holder (person or persons who will use the Gift Card) and we can send the gift card and a personalised message in your name if you wish. 

 

 

Use of Gift Card

• The holder(s) of the Gift Card must contact us by writing to konectarts@gmail.com or to our WhatsApp (+34 644 077 593) in order to send them the calendar of workshops, classes and activities. 

 

• The Gift Card expires 1 year from the date it was purchased.

 

• It is important to bear in mind that, as it is a gift, under no circumstances will Konect Arts contact the Card holder for the first time. We await an email or WhatsApp message from the owner to coordinate the date and type of workshop or purchase in the store.

• The Gift Card can be exchanged for a place in a scheduled workshop published on the website (www.konectarts.com). No refunds will be made for price differences, but any remaining balances can be spent on additional purchases.
